Getting your data out

How a house takes its sales with it, and how to ask for an account to be closed and its records deleted.

The records are the house's. You can take them out at any time, and you do not need to cancel or ask first.

Each sale as a CSV. Open the sale and choose Export the CSV. It holds every lot with its title, description, condition, grade, estimates, consignor, photograph count and state. See Exporting the CSV. Do this for every sale on the book. The CSV is part of the plan, so a house that has never paid takes the catalogue as a PDF instead; a house whose plan has ended can still take both.

Each catalogue as a PDF. Open the sale's catalogue and use Print / save as PDF. See Printing the catalogue.

Photographs. Each lot's photographs open at full size from its screen, and you can save them from there. The CSV holds only the number of photographs on a lot, not the pictures.

Closing the account. Write to support from the email address the book was opened with and ask for the account to be closed and its records deleted. Records are deleted within 30 days of the request, and backups age out within 7 days. Photographs go with the account.

Corrections. If something about the house's records is wrong and cannot be changed on screen, ask support to correct it.

Cancelling the plan on its own does not delete the book. If you want it deleted, say so. See Cancelling, refunds and the card for cancelling, and Who can see your book for where everything is kept.
