Cancel any time

Cancel from the receipt email or by writing to support@algd.store. There is no notice period and no exit fee.

Within 14 days of a charge

The current month is refunded in full if you cancel within 14 days of a charge.

After that

Monthly fees already paid are not refunded, and access continues to the end of the paid month.

If a lot you wrote is lost

A lot written at the lot is kept on the phone until it reaches us, and it stays on the phone afterwards. If a record the app had already shown as sent is lost anyway, tell us and the current month is refunded in full.
